By purchasing access to Disability Download: The Human Perspective (the "Film") from CAIRE, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") via our website, you ("Purchaser," "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your rights and restrictions regarding the viewing of the Film and do not apply to the purchase of physical or digital coloring books available on our website. Coloring books are sold separately, and their use is not subject to the restrictions outlined in this agreement.

1. Scope of Use

A. Individual Viewing License (Private Use Only)

  • This Film is provided solely for private, independent viewing by the Purchaser.
  • The Purchaser is granted a one-time, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to view the Film via a provided online link.
  • The Purchaser may not share, reproduce, distribute, or make the Film available to any other individual, group, or entity.
  • The viewing link will expire 24 hours after purchase.
  • The Film may not be used for any commercial, educational, corporate, or group viewing purposes.

B. Organizational Viewing Licenses (1-Day, 2-Week, 3-Month, 6-Month, 1-Year, and Lifetime Access)

  • These licenses grant permission for the Film to be viewed exclusively by the employees and board members of the purchasing organization (if applicable).
  • The Film may not be shared, distributed, or made available outside of the purchasing organization.
  • No admission fee, donation, or any other form of payment may be solicited or accepted in connection with the viewing of the Film.
  • The viewing period is determined by the purchased license duration. Access to the Film will expire at the conclusion of the purchased term unless a renewal or extended license is purchased.

2. Prohibited Uses

Regardless of the license type, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Public screenings, including but not limited to conferences, workshops, or community events.
  • Reproduction, duplication, modification, or adaptation of the Film in any form.
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the viewing link to unauthorized persons.
  • Recording, downloading, or otherwise storing the Film beyond the permitted viewing period.
  • Displaying or broadcasting the Film via any public streaming service, social media, or other online platforms.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

  • The Film and all related materials are the exclusive property of CAIRE, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • No rights, title, or interest in the Film is transferred to the Purchaser beyond the limited viewing license described in these Terms and Conditions.

4. Enforcement and Legal Consequences

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, public performance, or exhibition of the Film constitutes a violation of copyright law and these Terms and Conditions.
  • Violators may be subject to legal action, including but not limited to civil penalties, damages, and injunctive relief.

5. Modifications to These Terms

CAIRE, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new purchases.
