 Dawn founded CAIRE because she saw the opportunity to educate and bring awareness to underserved populations within businesses and organizations that strive to provide programs, services, employment opportunities, and a space to belong with a culture of inclusion to the community. She is passionate about intersectional thinking (the parts of a human that make their whole) and believes in a collaborative community approach where disability is represented. She is a mother but also an educator, an advocate and a leader
